Our upstairs unit TWO ~ both bedrooms have full bathrooms with showers, wood-stove, comfortable furniture and a modern kitchen w/ gas stove & full sized oven. Our property has a bayfront beach & dock, and the private balcony deck hangs over the bay with tranquil sounds of the tidal waves, birds, seals & sometimes the fog horn in the distance. High speed internet / WIFI. Your perfect escape awaits on the Waters of Bodega Bay! Our picturesque three unit property is surrounded on three sides by water. The home is built over the water on pier posts. At low tide, you can walk along the bayside even under the home and comb the shores for treasures. It was originally built in the late 1800s and was known as the Bodega Bay Creamery and also a history of bootlegging! This is our upstairs unit so guests need to be able to climb stairs. Because noise transfers below to our downstairs unit, we ask that everyone tread lightly and remove shoes inside. If we have guests booked below, pets or energetic children running around above will disturb them, therefor, we recommend guests traveling with pets or children to book unit 1 or our studio unit. A stairway takes you down to the bay / beach and guests can launch their kayaks or paddle boards from our property. Guests, clam, fish and relax from our shores. It is simply Incredible! The balcony hangs directly over the waters of Bodega Bay includes 4 high top adirondack chairs and a weber charcoal grill. Our home has a large galley kitchen with gas stove, full oven, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, drip coffee maker & bean grinder and more. Living area offers comfortable furniture, a wood stove, dining table with 4 chairs, a brand new 55″ smart ROKU TV. We have Starlink high speed internet and WIFI. We do not provide cable or paid subscriptions, guests will need to log into their streaming apps on our smart TVs. Both bedrooms have private full sized bathrooms with showers, smart ROKU TVs and DVD players. Comfortable queen sized beds, bedding and linens provided. There is so much to explore and enjoy in Bodega Bay. Activities include; kayaking, golfing, fishing, crabbing, clamming, whale watching, wine tasting, kite flying, antiquing, beachcombing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, or sightseeing. Our home is a QUIET, peaceful home directly on the shore of Bodega Bay. The only sounds, noise we want our guests to remember are those of bodega tides rolling in and out, birds, seals, otters and the fog horn and ocean waves crashing in the distance. Please be respectful to our neighbors and other guests. This is NOT a place to come and have a loud party. Please do not book with us if you are looking for a “party house”.

We can not supply the wood per our insurance. Please bring 16″ or smaller wood, presto or duraflame logs work well. Deikman’s market up the street sells these. Weber Grill: Please bring charcoal if you want to grill out, we can not provide the briskets per our insurance. Parking: Parking is limited to ONE CAR per booking, unless otherwise arranged. Drive down the driveway and turn your car around using the space in front of the garage and then back into the end of the driveway so your car is facing up towards the driveway. Park next to the retaining wall or close to other guest cars, leaving the space free in front of the garage so everyone can turn around. Additional street parking available in the neighborhood across the street.

Our two bedroom two bath unit is part of a unique and picturesque three unit property surrounded on three sides by water. Full views of the bay and a large private deck / balcony to relax and soak in the serene sounds and views of Bodega Bay. There are steps that go down to the bay / beach and guests can launch their kayaks or paddle boards from our property. Guests, clam, fish and relax from our shores. It is simply Incredible! Our home has a large open kitchen with gas stove, full oven, dishwasher and microwave. Hightop bar stools and huge granite island. Enjoy the views while preparing a meal or brewing a cup of coffee! The open living area offers comfortable furniture, a woodstove and direct access to the large private deck overlooking the bay. We also have a wine refrigerator and dining table seating for six guests. The living area has a brand new 65" smart LG TV. Starlink high speed internet. We do not provide cable or paid subscriptions, guests will need to log into their streaming apps on our smart TVs. Both bedrooms (King and Queen) have private full sized bathrooms, smart TVs and DVD players. Comfortable beds, bedding and linens provided. The large sectional couch does have a pullout bed that can be used with advance notice.
